What is a Virtual Server?

A Virtual Server gives you everything a «true» server does – a full operating system, disk space, broadband internet connection and an own IP address.

But a Virtual Server is 1) more fail-proof and 2) less expensive.

In contrast to a whole server a Virtual Server is just virtual. This means it is independent of hardware.
Your Virtual Server runs on the high performance servers of our data center in Switzerland. If a server drops out another one takes over its function. You do not notice anything.

What for a Virtual Server?

You can use your Virtual Server for all sorts of purposes...

  • host websites and e-mail addresses
  • operate databases
  • TeamSpeak-Server

How do I work with my Virtual Server?

You log in with your username and password over a secure RDP connection and get full access on your Virtual Server. You are working now like you were sitting in front of the server with monitor, mouse and keyboard.

Can I use multiple IP addresses?

Opposite to other providers we provide you as many IP addresses as you want. We even give you the possibility to use IP addresses out of a second network.

How secure is my data?

Your files are protected by multiple firewalls, monitoring, a daily multiple backup and other safety measures.

How long does it take until my Virtual Server is available?

As soon as the payment is on our account you will get access to your Virtual Server within one working day.

What happens if I do not renew my subscription?

If you do not renew your subscription we'll provide you enough time to save your data back from our data centers. None of your data will get lost.

Before your subscription ends we will inform you. If you want to renew it you just pay the outstanding fee over PayPal or bank transfer.
