I have no more diskspace available. What can I do?
If these errors occur when creating a new domain, you have used up your entire disk space / databases. There are multiple ways to solve this problem.
We have listed a few possible scenarios.
Reducing the quota
If you have set up multiple domains, you can try reducing the quota of these domains.
Sing in to your control panel using your username and password.
Click on the “Customers” tab. This page lists all your domains. Click on “Details” at one of your domains and after that click “Edit” at the bottom of the page. Reduce the quota to the required amount and click on “Update”. If the disk space of this domain is already used up, try reducing the quota of other domains if you have more.
Reducing by deleting files
If you couldn’t reduce the quota enough, try the following steps.
Disk space repeatedly amasses a lot of old backups, log files and other “forgotten” files.
To make that valuable diskspace useful again, simply log in to your FTP Account. If you don’t know how to do that, you can find out here.
Delete unnecessary files – watch out that you do not delete any important websites or files when doing this.
When you have deleted enough files try reducing the quota again.
Order more disk space
